As a Marketing Associate with the Macon agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the continued growth of a successful insurance agency. Your people, marketing and telephone skills along with a desire to help customers make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, setting appointments, meeting small business owners and the local community to make new alliances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships with the small business and apartment leasing manager community.
Handle administrative duties and set appointments for licensed team members.
Handle agency social media in a creative manner.
Provide your personal input to complete your job description.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent computer skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
Proactive in problem-solving

BENEFITS:

Base pay plus commission/bonus should average $15-$17 hourly.

Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
